iPhone, iPad, Mac: Apple Calendar adds the schedule and refreshes it on its own.
Google Calendar: the button opens Google's “Add calendar” page — do it on a computer, or in a phone's browser in desktop mode; the app can't add one by link. Once added, it shows up on every phone signed in to that account. If the page doesn't open, add it by URL with the copied link.
Outlook: the button opens Outlook.com's subscribe page. For work or school Outlook, copy the link, then Add calendar → Subscribe from web.
Calendars refresh on their own schedule: Apple within the hour, Google and Outlook every few hours.
