A free alternative to LeagueApps
If what you need from LeagueApps is the schedule, the standings and a way for families to know where to be, Rally does that for free: fixtures, tables and a live calendar feed for every team, with no share of your registration money. If you run a paid club on its registration and payment plans, LeagueApps still does more.
What LeagueApps is
A paid all-in-one platform for youth sports clubs, camps, tournaments and leagues: registration, payments, scheduling, websites and a team app.
Price: Not published. LeagueApps quotes each organization: no subscription, but a percentage of every payment it processes, a setup fee, and yearly fees for add-ons like a branded app or custom website.

Where Rally is different
- Free, with nothing taken from your fees. LeagueApps' price is a cut of what flows through it, which you only learn from a quote.
- Every team gets a calendar subscription link that updates itself when a game moves. LeagueApps' own page talks about importing outside calendars, not about giving families a feed.
- An AI assistant sets the season up: describe the league or attach the schedule PDF, and it enters teams, groups and fixtures as drafts for you to check.
- No sales call. Sign up and build the league the same evening.
Where LeagueApps is better
- Registration and payments are mature: payment plans, auto-billing and facility booking, working today.
- A native app with chat, push notifications and RSVP reminders, and an optional app under your own brand.
- Background screening (it bought the NCSI screening company in July 2026) beside its compliance tools.
Who should stay with LeagueApps
You run a paid club with many programs and want registration, payment plans, facility booking, a branded app and screening under one contract.
Questions
- Is there a free version of LeagueApps?
- Not as such. LeagueApps doesn't charge a subscription, but it takes a percentage of the payments it processes and charges setup and add-on fees, all by quote. Rally is free to use with no share of your fees.
- Can Rally take registrations like LeagueApps?
- Not for everyone yet. Team registration with card and Interac e-Transfer payments is built and coming soon. Today Rally covers fixtures, standings, availability and calendars.
- Can I move a league from LeagueApps to Rally?
- Export or print the schedule from LeagueApps, then give it to Rally's assistant as a PDF or CSV. It creates the teams, groups and fixtures and shows you the list before saving.
