Support
Rally is a small tool for amateur sports teams and the competitions they play in: schedules, who's coming, squads, standings and calendar feeds. Something not working, or a question this page doesn't answer? Email rally@inputlogic.ca — a person reads it, usually within a day.
Using Rally from ChatGPT, Claude or Grok
Rally works inside your AI assistant: ask “who's coming Saturday?”, “I can't make Thursday's game” or “make a round robin for our rec league” and it answers from, and writes to, your Rally teams and competitions. The first time, your assistant sends you to Rally to sign in (or create an account) and asks you to allow it once.
- ChatGPT: add Rally from the plugin directory, or under Settings → Connectors with Developer mode on, paste
https://rally.inputlogic.dev/api/mcp. - Claude and Grok: add Rally from Claude's connector directory, or a custom connector with the same address. Rally in your AI assistant has the steps for each, what the assistant may do, and things to ask it.
- Your assistant can do exactly what you could do on the site, nothing more. It never makes a competition public unless you ask in so many words, and deleting a team or competition needs you to confirm its exact name.
Disconnecting an assistant
On the connect page, under Connected, choose Disconnect next to the assistant. It loses access straight away (a token it already holds stops working within the hour). You can also remove Rally from the assistant's own connector settings.
Teams and players
- Players join from the team's invite link and mark the games they can't make.
- The manager adds games and practices, imports a competition's schedule, picks who rests, and can remove a player or delete the team from the team's settings page.
- Calendar feeds: subscribe from the calendar button on a team or competition page. A feed URL with a key also lists who's going; the manager can reset that key if it reached the wrong people.
Removing your data
Deleting a team removes its members, events and every attendance mark. To delete your account entirely, email rally@inputlogic.ca from the address on the account. The privacy policy says what Rally stores and who can see it.
